Seasonal Specials

A couple of times in the walking year are so special to me that I’ve created some limited edition walks to share them with you; The Bluebells in May and the Red Deer rut in October.

Rannerdale Bluebells - bluebells are one of my favourite times of year on the walking calendar, and there is nowhere more famous for them in the Lake District than at Rannerdale! Join me for this special, limited time walk in May, and let me guide you through a carpet of bluebells that has to be seen to be believed! This is easily accessible if you know where to head, and involves only a small uphill section. Option on the day to also take in a loop of Buttermere, one of Lakelands most beautiful lakes.

Red Deer Rut - The red deer rut is the mating season where the males bellow a chorus of roars across the valleys and fight it out for mating rights. Join me to walk the hills and valleys listening and watching for the unique sights and sounds of this natural spectacle.

Group Walk Price: £50 per person
