Grasmere and Loughrigg Fell Walk - an Introduction to Hill Walking

This walk is a fantastic introduction to hill walking, as we take in one of the smaller fells, but with big views! From the village of Grasmere we go through woodland and up to the top of Loughrigg Fell, with stunning views over Grasmere, Langdale, Windermere and beyond. On the way back we explore a cave at an old quarry site, and hug the lake shore to head back to the village.

Duration: 4-5 hours including one stop, taken at a leisurely pace with breaks when needed.
